Earlier in 2012, the Lotus Restaurant completed its interior renovation. The new and modern Asia-inspired interior complements the menu, which offers not only Southeast Asian, Chinese and Korean fare, but also other popular Western dishes. At the Aqua Lounge, diners can feast on sumptuously grilled seafood and vegetables, while savoring delicious cocktails on the outdoor terrace that overlooks Independence Beach. Lastly, enjoy a glass of iced coffee from our experienced baristas at Palais Café. The coffee shop also has a selection of gourmet sandwiches and pastries, freshly baked on a daily basis.
