Matsubayashi Japanese Restaurant offers a diverse selection of savory Japanese dishes.  Guests can enjoy a classic repertoire of Japanese culinary delights, such as sashimi, sushi and grilled fish, in a bright and casual setting, either at the main dining area or sushi counter where much of the food is prepared.  House favorites include mixed maki rolls and hand rolls.  Food connoisseurs will also love our crispy vegetable and seafood tempura, which is coated in a light and tasty batter.  At the traditional teppan tables, meat and seafood are grilled in front of diners.  Vegetable, noodle and rice dishes make up the remainder of the menu.  Japanese green tea, soft drinks, beer and sake are all available to complement the food.
